The efficiency of solar inverters is that the market for solar inverter (PV inverter) is growing because of the demand for renewable energy. These inverters require extremely high efficiency and reliability. The power circuits used in these inverters are investigated and the best choice for switches and rectifier devices is recommended. The general structure of the photoelectric inverter is shown in Fig. 1, and there are three different kinds of inverters to choose from. Sun shines on solar modules connected in tandem, each of the A modules contains a series of solar cell units. The DC (DC) voltage generated by the solar module is at a magnitude of hundreds of volts, depending on the illumination conditions of the module array, the temperature of the battery and the number of series modules.
